1. Agreement to terms
By accessing this website and using YOYO Vending's services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our services
YOYO Vending supplies, installs and manages snack, drinks and coffee vending machines across London, Essex and Birmingham. The scope, pricing and duration of any managed service are set out in a separate written agreement with each client.
3. Machines & ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all machines remain the property of YOYO Vending. Clients agree to provide a suitable, safe location with appropriate power supply and reasonable access for installation, restocking and maintenance.
4. Payment terms
Where charges apply, payment terms are set out in your service agreement and must be received by the stated due date. We reserve the right to suspend services where payment remains outstanding beyond 30 days.
5. Website use
You may view and download material from this website for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify or reverse-engineer any part of the site without our written permission.
6. Disclaimer
The materials on this website are provided 'as is'. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOYO Vending makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content.
